Hi, I'll be quitting my job and starting college soon so I was thinking about just putting a gym in a small unfinished room in my basement. It'll be nice to just wake up and do my routine. I hope I can stay motivated without being in the gym environment. I was looking at getting the following Squat rack Bench (adjustable for incline) Pull up, hopefully part of the squat rack Start collecting DB's Anything else you guys can suggest that's needed for a home gym? My ceiling may be a little to low to do OHP but I can work around that. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Another advantage of hiring a fitness trainer at home is they will help you with your diet. Without a healthy diet plan, your results are not going to be visible, which can discourage you. If you have an injury, your trainer will create a workout custom that works around your injury and helps heal it.

We all know that regular physical exercise is beneficial, we’ve heard it so many times. Combine regular physical activity with a balanced diet, try to be physically active every day, and you will help yourself achieve and maintain a healthy weight balance.
